Accessibility

Built for everyone.

We want Emory Manufacturing to be usable by all customers, including people who use screen readers, people who are deaf or hard of hearing, and people who need the site in a language other than English. This page explains what we do and how to get help.

What we provide

Multi-language support

Every page can be translated into dozens of languages using the language selector in the header. Your choice is remembered on this device, and the page language is announced correctly to screen readers.

Screen-reader friendly

The site uses semantic landmarks, a logical heading order, descriptive labels for every control, and live regions so dynamic content (like your quote estimate) is announced without you having to hunt for it.

Deaf and hard-of-hearing access

No information is conveyed by sound alone. Video includes captions where audio matters, and every function that could rely on audio also works through text. You can reach us by email or form at any time.

Keyboard navigation

Everything is reachable and operable by keyboard alone. A visible focus indicator shows where you are, and a skip link lets you jump straight past the navigation to the main content.

Adjustable motion and contrast

Use the A11Y button in the header to turn off animations (reduce motion) or increase contrast. Your settings are saved on this device and applied immediately.

Comfortable touch targets

Buttons, toggles, and form controls are sized for reliable touch — large enough to hit with a finger or an assistive pointer, on a phone or with motor-control assistance. An automated check enforces a minimum tap-target size on every release, so it never regresses.

Standards we follow

  • WCAG 2.1 Level AA
  • Section 508 (US federal) alignment
  • ADA Title III (public accommodations) best practices
  • EN 301 549 (European accessibility standard)

We review the site regularly and fix issues as we find them. If you spot something that does not work for you, please tell us and we will address it.
