Employee Media Release & Workplace App Consent

This release governs the use of photos, videos, livestreams, audio recordings, screen captures, and biometric prompts ("Media") taken during the course of your employment or contracted work for EmoryMfg, and your use of the EmoryMfg team mobile and web apps.

1. Consent to capture and use of Media

You consent to EmoryMfg capturing, storing, and — subject to director approval — publishing Media in which your likeness, voice, or work product appears, when captured at our facilities, on our equipment, or via the team app while performing work duties. Approved Media may be used on emorymfg.com, in marketing, training, RFQ responses, customer share-links, and on social media. We will use reasonable judgment to avoid embarrassing or non-work imagery; you may request removal of any specific Media via privacy@emorymfg.com and we will remove it from public surfaces.

2. Workplace monitoring (GPS, geofence, time)

While clocked in via the team app, the app records GPS, accuracy, device identifiers, and timestamps for the purpose of (a) verifying your shift, (b) enforcing geofence boundaries, (c) calculating piece-rate work, and (d) supporting safety and security. Background location is used only with your express opt-in. We do not surveil you when you are off the clock and have not granted background access.

3. Inventory, tool, and quality logs

When you scan a tool, capture a part photo, sign off a quality check, or log a CRM call from the app, your team-user ID, location, and timestamp are recorded for traceability and audit. These records may be used in performance review, payroll, and disciplinary action.

4. Automated assistance and chat

Chat exchanges with the in-app assistant may be reviewed by managers for quality, training, and safety. Do not share information that should not be reviewed by management.

5. Confidentiality

You will not capture or share Media of customers' confidential drawings, designs, controlled-technology items, or trade secrets outside the platform. You will not capture Media of co-workers when they have asked you not to.

6. Revocation and questions

You may revoke this release for future captures by notifying hr@emorymfg.com in writing. Revocation does not affect Media already captured under this release. Questions: hr@emorymfg.com.
